Returns and withdrawal
At Billdal Tools we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That is why you get both a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a 14-day right to cancel.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
If Airjet™ or Offset Extension Pro™ doesn't suit your job, or you are not happy, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it and get your money back for the item.
14-day right to cancel
As a consumer you have 14 days to cancel your order from the day you receive the item. You must let us know that you wish to cancel before the deadline.
How to return
- Email us at info@nordretail.com with your order number before the deadline.
- We will send you a return address and instructions.
- Send the item back in good condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.
You pay for the return shipping. We recommend sending the return parcel with tracking.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount to the payment method you used for the purchase, no later than 14 days after we receive the item. If you use your right to cancel, we also refund the cost of the original delivery.
2-year warranty
We give a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us at info@nordretail.com if a fault occurs and we will find a solution.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us straight away at info@nordretail.com with photos and we will find a solution. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
