Shipping and delivery
Free tracked shipping across the UK and Europe on all orders. All parcels are sent with tracking.

- Delivery time: usually 6–12 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Delays
During busy periods and around public holidays, delivery may take a little longer. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@nordretail.com and we will help you.
Incorrect address
Please check that your delivery address is correct when you order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the address.
