Frequently asked questions

help

Is a battery included?

No. AquaJet comes without battery and charger and uses the 18V battery you already own from DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee or Bosch Professional. Choose the right battery system before adding it to your basket.

help

Do I need a tap?

No. AquaJet draws the water itself through the suction hose. Put the hose in a bucket, container or tank of clean water – the filter keeps grit and debris out.

help

How long does the battery last?

It depends on the size of the battery and how much you wash. For bigger jobs we recommend a spare battery. Remove the battery when you are done.

help

Can I use soap?

AquaJet washes with clean water. Use car shampoo and a sponge first, then rinse off with AquaJet.

help

How long is delivery?

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days and shipped free with tracking, normally arriving within 6–12 working days.

help

What if I'm not happy?

You have 30-day returns and a 14-day cancellation right. Contact us at info@nordretail.com and we will help you with the return. You can find the terms in our returns policy.
